Horn button assembly on my '69

Okay, I'm a dumbass. Finally found (most of) the parts for the horn button assembly after I took the steering wheel off a couple years ago when I was swapping the suspension. I was going to put the thing together so I can get the car inspected (to get new plates), but I can't remember how it goes back together. Most of it looks straightforward, but there's two rings (that match the three-bolt pattern) that could fit multiple places in the stack. Help me out. Where do they go?

Mike, Jim Shea has most if not all of his papers here on the column assy...good blow up diagrams...

Thanks for the offer of help. I appreciate it. I did finally manage to get the horn parts assembled the other day. Roger sent me a couple pictures of the assembly and it made sense once I saw how everything stacked up.


If I don't watch out I'm going to get dangerously close to getting everything put back together on this car. :amazed:
