Third one in the last month. Any idea as to why I keep frying them?

KNOW WHAT? I have a thought, there is a wire or a formed clip going from the frame of the spark coil to the CENTER terminal of the cap on a HEI, and so if that is not there/connected for any reason, that end of the spark side secondary is free to arc over to anywhere it wants to, and can fry a module....
that and the heat sink compound to the dizzy base.....
I missed that ground once and it caused some problems on another car, years ago....pulled the cover and it was toasty under there....
