And that term is "liberal rigged". We've all heard various versions such as "jerry rigged" and other *salty* versions. Well, I think this is by far a better description of the meaning. When you "liberal rig" something, you use best intentions but only perform a half-assed job. It makes you feel good for the time being, but deep down you know it will fail at the worst possible moment. It's the least amount of effort with the least amount of return but with the highest expectations. In short, it is the coalescing of the liberal mind into a singular event.
