ME and FOX news email......

We just setting down at din din eating salad when my cphone rang....

it was FOX news in NYC calling....seems I sent a email to them complaining about their broadcasts being over run with commercials cutting in at odd moments....right in the middle of something.....they had about 200 of the same complaints....

so they followed up with Comcast about it, and sure enough they seemed to fix it.....

but the thing that got ME, was in some 50 years of communications, this is the FIRST TIME EVER that ANY large organization got back to me on a DAMN THING.....

it was a nice friendly cheerful upbeat young gal on the phone too, I told her the above comment too, she replied they take their audience very seriously....

WTF, a whole new business paradigm respect the customers....

wonder if the .gov will EVER do the same??

a freeking PERSONAL phone call with a real live PERSON, lasted maybe 5 minits to boot....

I told her how we LOVE Shep Smith for his whimsical sense of humor and that bouncing bear, and how I NEVER miss Beck....
