That's pretty funny. I built a similar cat condo for our feral cat a few years ago. We had a possum that tried to make it home a couple times.

We've been feeding, catching, neutering & releasing feral cats at my warehouse parking lot for 20+ years. These poor abandoned animals have very short lives. We try to make them as comfortable as possible.
In the last still jpeg of the video you can see the shipping containers that these cat houses are behind. Next to the last container, at the top of the embankment is a 10 lane divided highway - 5 lanes each way. Not a great place for their homes, but you cannot move them.
Truthfully all the cats that were friendly enough to get adopted have been relocated. Once they are about 4-6 weeks old most become feral & have a great fear of man.
