About those long robes that are popular in Arab countries. From what I've read, it's customary for a male to squat and pull up his robe to pee. If you don't and just stand up and hike up your robe and pee, if there's any wind, you'll most likely pee on your robe.
Arab males pride themselves on a macho dominance. However, to me if you look at gatherings of the Saudi rulers, for example, in their robes, their robes are very ornate and to me look very feminine.
What I'm trying to say here, is that it looks like a stupid dress style.
