This isn't the first miniature engine have seen but it's the first time I have actually seen someone machining the parts and putting one together. This guy has a lot of skills and a lot of free time!

Yeah. The guy that built the 1/3 scale Ferrari. "Yes, you could drive it if you could find someone small enough"! :
