I think it's one of those mirror mounted cams, a lot of russians have them. Liveleak and other sites are full of road accidents and near misses in russia. For some reason almost everyone has those constantly running cameras. Maybe because of liability??

Beeing a truck driver, I know damn well how the guy in the Volvo (truck) felt.
You are trying to avoid something,
You lose traction.
you see your trailer fishtail like that when you try to avoid the truck facing you.
trying like hell NOT to jacknife
then out of nowhere this car appears......
he's lucky the trailer bounced when the wheels hit the guard rails.
If not, he would've hit both the stopped truck and the car.
ok ok time for a coffee break!
Been there done that a few times.
trust me, it's just as scary for the truck driver.
I guess the stop lights of the truck he was trying desperately to pass didnt tell him something was going on in front of him on that ice covered road huh???

My family background is Russian, on both sides, and so I recognize that word the guy was saying over and over there, my aunt said it many times, even my mother.....very strange growing up, as the humor they generated as adults was never understood by us kids.....so they could cuss up a storm, and we didn't know shit....
