A Lamborghini in Singapore?? Maybe, just maybe, you could get it up to 90 kmph Singapore on the streets there. OK, in the middle of the night, maybe a short blast up to 120 kmph. Wouldn't want a speeding ticket at these slow speeds. In Singapore, this car is just a status symbol, there's no way you can drive the car to experience it's potential. I don't know, but I suspect that if you drive to Malaysia, you can't drive the car very fast either.
