1st pic is the wiper control module, held together by the stock fiberglass reinforced tape. If the tape fails, the board falls out and may short on whatever is back there. Make sure it's tight, us a zip tie.

2 = aftermarket, an alarm maybe?

3 =part of the theft system, it's the clip that holds the door lock. The plunger (rubber tip) is depressed, when someon pops the lock it will extend and trigger the horn

4 = interior light dimmer/timer

5 = radio related, speaker, power, antenna relay..yadda yadda

6 = not 100% sure, probably came out the fuse box and goes to the key buzzr

Thanks TT, actually I've found number 4 and 5 :

4. is the power door lock connectors. they're taped to the harness if not used (which is so in my case)
5. Is apparently something connector to the rear defogger.

Another question : I seem to have the connectors and wiring for power windows, but the car is equiped with a manual window system. Would the factory add these connectors and wiring even if the options was not ordered ?

Yes. All cars have a standard wiring harness as far as I know.
