not a pretty sight to come home to

I read about it in the paper, but that's the first photo I've seen. Man what a bummer. You can see how steep the slope is, if the truck went 3 feet off the pavement, yeah it rolled over down the hill, into his driveway, unluckily for him. If the truck would have pulled over 30 feet sooner, it would have been his garage that got crushed. 30 feet farther, it would have just ended up out in his driveway. Evergreen is not far from here, we used to ride our bikes there to a saloon (don't recall the name of the place right now, but it was a partying bar!). But no room to fuck up on the roads there.

He's gonna get paid. Then he can go get the 67 'Vette or whatever else he wants.
Not gonna get a '67 'Vette for the money they'll give him. Maybe a base '66. I'd feel like hell for a few days....damn. I almost lost my life and my '68 5 years ago when someone tried to take me out. I told the insurance co. I had to keep the 'Vette. Had it since '74. So I "Feel his pain".

Truth be known, IF I could keep clean title to the car, and get the money, I would FIX it.....hell or high water, it WOULD be fixed......I know a guy who would do it too, he's a hell of a perfectionist though, can't work with him, drives me crazy....:surrender:

How the hell did that truck roll down the hill without leaving a stinking scratch on the cab????????

I can only imagine the depression the car owner is feeling right now.

If ya look close at the pic, you can see the windshield is cracked at the corner, but I do agree with you. There really isn't anything that's too bad.

Eh, about the only civilian thing that could hurt that SOB is a RR Locomotive....
