Where can I find some decent old school style car stereos? I am looking for an in dash unit with the shaft style knobs. I tried Crutchfield and looked at Custom Autosound but did not see anything I liked.

:bonkers: Here we go again...'IF you can hear the stereo, your exhaust is too quiet'....:waxer::beer::pprrtt:

There is not much out there. BTW.. the quality control on the Custom Autosounds units is deplorable. Bite the bullet and put in a DIN chassis unit and don't look back. I have seen shaft knob DIN units, though the shafts are closer together. As much as I like my pure stock 68, I'm gonna break down and do the conversion myself. Can't here a thing with the top down.

I think Big G is right. Custom Autosound has a truly amazing reputation for selling broken equipment. There are so many good DIN choices out there that you might as well bight the bullet. If you don't want to cut your bezel, buy another one and save yours.
