Well, #40 is officially retired from service, we delivered it to the North Carolina Dep of Transportation Museum today. It was a sad day. But seemed like a fitting end for such a long career the car had. Its on loan for a few years.

Heres the website very interesting place to visit.

I absolutely love the old racers, especially the '69 Verts......
When your done showing it in NC you can bring here to AL. and
display it in my garage ;) I'll be sure to show it to all my friends :bounce:.

A well deserved and fitting retirement for #40.

Time to take a break, figure out what YOU want to do next. And then pursue the next goal.

that's cool,, still going to hit Jax and start cruising the St Johns with the Mud Duck down to Astor Park and stay at the South Moon fishing camp. That's a goal. The Mud Duck is a 1960 Cabin cruiser, damn ugliest boat ever made.:sick::sick:

Stop off at Hooters north of the Buckman on the left as you heading south...Goodby's creek Marina.....I"ll join you....bring some dynomyte too....
