I found the power manual in the download section and clicked on the download in the middle at the top and nothing happens,then I clicked on the letter looking thing at the right side and the same thing happens. For about a second something seems like its working but at the bottom of my screen it says DONE. Should it open so I can at least take a look even if I don't want to download it ?

It must be something on your end. It's a PDF and opens just fine. Do you have acrobat reader?
Letter looking thing? That's a folder icon with an arrow to it (a download LOL)
If you click on it, acrobat reader will start automatically and open the 1st page and continue downloading the rest, if you have the latest version there's a progress bar in the bottom right. It's only about 8 megs so with a decent connection should take a couple of seconds to DL.
