Random smog tests

Aren't vehicles smog checked to get new licenses in California? Roadside inspections seems a little ridiculous. Also your point about random "inspections" (detention) being unconstitutional makes it even more ridiculous.

Of course, that was back when government gave a shit what the constitution said.

It says that the participation is voluntary - if you just removed all you emission stuff from your car and installed sidepipes you may choose not to participate :lol:

ONE of the largest reasons about deciding where to retarr to was about the automobile regs.....

and so Florida was it, warm weather and NO inspections for anything....

gotta love it, my car is proudly totally, completely, De Naderized.....

then I found that 40%? (I can't believe the figger) of the older? vettes on the road are in FLORIDA??

:clap::clap:

BAR - bureau of automotive repair... what a joke :bullshit::bullshit::bullshit: I bet the sheep will get in line.

More ways to waste tax payer money and make people jump through hoops, only in california.
