I just went out to pick up some dinner and saw 2 smart cars on the way home. Its coming and coming quick once Obama gets his claws on the industry.

Get your HP now. I've been having some remorse over the v6 Mustang. Oh well, maybe i'll pick up a Camaro too when they come out with the convertible.

I am really considering the Camaro with an LS3.

My guess is that youl love it.
I just finished reading july's Hot Rod mag and they played with the new Camaro.

They tested it in mid march at the Michigan proving ground 34 degres.
LS3 coupe with a Tremec 6 spd gearbox did the quarter in 12,95sec at 112,92mph and backed up with 3 similar runs give or take a few tenth.
Electronic traction shutted off and launching at 2000 rpm.
0 to 60 4,70 sec and 0 to 80 7,15 sec test car was 3849 lbs full of gas.

The 6 cyl did 14,29 sec at 100,85 mph launching at 2000 rpm.

Hummm they also tested the new Mustang GT500,
best pass for that day at Infeneon was 12,67 at 115 mph.
Couldnt get the tires to stick.

Those Smart cars have been in Canada, imported by Mercedes for a few years now. Difference is that I think in Canada they are diesel powered and gas powered in US.
