What do I do for a crank pulley?

My alternator looks like this

The water pump pulley would look like this, the power steering would be a regular serpentine

You'll need either a single serpentine pulley for the crank and run the alt off the water pump alone, or use a dual pulley on the crank and run a narrow belt around both WP and alt. It's not a problem if the pulley is for a wide belt on the front too, you can run the narrow belts on the wide pulleys.

Watch the amps on those mini alts, I have 2, Xander has one also. His is a really small one, only around 50 amps, I have 2 bigger ones, a 75 and a 110 model. They do not mount on the same brackets. Looking at the mclaren decal on yours, it's a race ready denso unit and may not charge worth a damn on low revs.

I think it's a 105 model. It's not listed on the site though, the number is nd105....12s. The middle part is worn off

I have a small pulley like the one shown though

I'll have to email them

Xander has the puny little ND50 style one (ND = nippon denso) but from CV Products. I have the 105 model too. Remember, alternator rpm's!!! not crank!!!
