Got my drivers side pretty good, can't get the passenger to fit anywhere decently. Took the plunge and removed the door, started building up the gap from the fender side of things. Fiberglass & resin to the rescue, used to mica as backing and plenty of activator so that things set up before dropping to the ground. So fa so good, pretty psyched!

That's the only way to get them right most of the time, build up the edge of the door. :(

C4 doors are actually cut to size in the factory, they all come in too long and are cut down. If you need a used door on one of those you need to get one the right size or a little longer or you'll end up way short there. Talk about tolerances LOL

My passenger door skin and fender are both replacement panels and the front edge of the door didn't match the shape of the rear edge of the fender - not by much, but enough to piss me off. I built up the bit that needed it with my trusty 3M8115

I had to take of my front end, so I could "masage" it a bit with the front end to get it aligned. The right proved to stay a problem, but the fender on this side had to come off, and the replacement was way to large, so I came out ok.
