I really can't say/claim much for any in the way of mods to my side scoops, all I know is that I bought the car the way it is, and the scoops are ~ 3" f/b x 7.5" tall, rounded back toward the stock rear notch area....no grills....
Since the rain has been so crazy and I have washed/rinsed the car a lot recently, I have paid more attention to the dirt patterns on the side of the car.....
Made a interesting observation, the side scoops are breathing well, tossing dirt/mud back along the side of the car, with a very wind swept look,.....
which explains why my hood near the window has yarn that lays flat or stands still.....there IS no pressure under engine side of hood....it's all in front of the radiator....
further substantiates my previous observations....keep in mind I have Spal fans aimed toward the harmonica balancer....
