Sport Mirrors mounted on my 71 Vert!!!

Finally got them mounted. Now taking them to a buddy to get them painted. Garage is to messy and chilly for me to do it. This was a riayal PITA but deffinately worth it. I still have to clean up the doors where I had to cut and also route the cables. thanks for all the help guys!!

Lookin' good man, I mounted mine further forward some 15 years ago, and this last time around, had them powder coated...

HUGE improvement over those chrome POS things....

Looks good but would it have been easier to paint them off the car? Difficult to shoot underneath the inboard edge...

I wanted to mount them further forward but couldn't due to the old mirror mounting holes. I am going to pull them back off to have them shot. I mounted them first in case I dropped one. (Which I did!) ;-)

Gotcha. The ones I pulled off my car had a horrible dry edge under the inboard side and the replacements I bought had the same thing
