This bracket will fit your engine if you have the same water pump set-up. The '69 engine has the 'short' water pump. You can tell the diff, the short water pump just about touches the timing cover. With the long water pump there is a space between the water pump and the timing cover. I can't remember, about '72 is the transition year to long water pump. They are completely different accessory drive mouting brackets from one to the other.
