Tire blows at 200 mph...Germany...

At 200mph, the car will be generating a large amount of horsepower and also a lot of engine torque. (torque X rpm = HP). High torque values, tends to cause the car to turn clockwise, which the driver unconsciously negates by turning a little left. If traction suddenly disappears, because of a tire blowing out, or a road bump bounces the car into the air, the car will quickly turn clockwise (right hand turn) ..to which the driver will simultaneously turn left and also let off on the gas pedal. Now the car is going down the road sideways (clockwise) and the driver is steering hard left and now has taken his foot off of the gas pedal so the wheels stop spinning and regain traction...the car goes into a viscous spin.

I watched a uTube video. A Corvette hit a road bump at 200 mph and went sideways...No problem...the driver popped his parachute!! Started going straight immediately.
