The Lake Shootout is still a good show. I was there a couple years ago- Jim Callan got TOP GUN with 209 MPH.

Damn, those boat guy's are serious! I used to go to the Unlimited Hydroplane races with my dad when they were using Allison's and RR engines. He kinda lost interest after the jet boats took over.

I remember the old President's cut regatta on the Potomac River in Wash DC....

DAMN them thing were LOUD.....

many/most all of them Hemi powered....
