We found the mystery plane

Got to be where it is.

This one has me, along with a bunch of other people that are in the airline industry, completely baffled. How are you going to hide an airplane with a 199 foot wingspan that weighs close to 300,000 pounds empty, and almost 650,000 maximum takeoff weight? It's not something you can hide in the backyard.

Any abandoned airstrip long forgotten since WW2 for instance, or when at ~40k feet the passengers killed off and bodies dumped during that 'erratic' pattern report that sounded like flight instability some days ago....leaving room for any dirty device to be easily stowed.....

I still think final target is Israel......interesting reports of how it may have shadowed another 777 plane with similar call sign from another country, and gotten much further than thought....not mentioned anywhere I heard, but I have to ask a tech question,

I have never done it, but in a car, if you supposedly get really close to an 18 wheeler at highway speed, the vacuum off his ass is enough to allow the lifting of your gas to about 1/2 throttle, supposedly, and cruise forever like that.....wonder if it's possible in a jet aircraft??? that would greatly increase fuel range....just a thought....

:mullet:

I don't know which way this goes. But I hope for the safety of the passengers and they are OK!

Reports on FOX this AM they found some wreckage off Australia, out in the water, can't imagine it floating that long....but it's night and they think the currents are taking it over elsewhere.....:amazed:

The supposed crash zone, that corresponds to the Immarsat signal strength, is in the area that does corresponds to the debris located. But there's a lot of debris in the ocean. Also, the debris sighted may have since sunk. But anyhow, the areas involved are just so tremendously large. The black boxes will have sonar pingers, but underneath ideal conditions they can supposedly be picked up hundreds of miles away, conditions are not often ideal. This remote Indian Ocean position, actually the most remote ocean position in the world would be a great place for a nuclear missile laden submarine to make it's home. You'd like the think the US Navy knows this and has this area spotted with underwater surveillance submarine buoys.
