200hp 285ft lbs tq to 245hp and 350 ft lbs tq.

Also will fuel economy increase over the CFI? I'm planning on using a 3.07 dana36

Didn't you have a D44???

Fuel economy should increase, those motors get pretty good mileage. Manual or auto???

automatic and 3.08 dana36 .... sold that dana44 a long time ago.
