The vacuum pump on my work truck started knocking like hell last week so I knew it was going to take a shit in the very near future. Thursday night I looked up the pump on Rock's website and entered my order. Friday morning I got a confirmation e-mail with tracking number. I didn't even bother opening it because I figured it was Friday, I'd be lucky if it got shipped and then just guessed it would be a couple business days (figured Tuesday or Wednesday) until it arrived. Saturday I get home and find a box by my front door. The pump was shipped Friday and delivered on Saturday. Totally unexpected.
I have placed about a half dozen orders with them and had one or two problems, which they have resolved quickly. Overall, I have been happy with their service and turn around time, but this was a real surprise. :1st:

I also have used Rock Auto several times in the last 2 years (mainly for my Buick) and am very pleased with their level of service. I also like the little refrigerator magnets that they send with each order. The refrigerator magnets feature pictures of Rock Auto's customers' cars, very cool.

I got amongst others the Red Vette magnet, so cool on my tool box.
Speaking of goodies, I really like Summit's free zillions-blades razors, I even did split an order to get one more (booo bad bad me)
I shave once a week, a Summit order last for months :lol::evil:
 
Ordered parts for my truck yesterday home they come as fast (have a conformation and shipping e-mails)
