Convert rear glass to open?

the hatch has to be able to withstand a significant amount of force... or do you want this thing to blow out at 80mp/h with the windows down and the tops out... ???... hmmmm... not me...

Is there a kit or ? to convert the fixed rear glass to the opening CE type?

I just bought a NOM CE thats sorta rough so I might be cutting it up.
