Google Ads, Internet advertising, advice needed

when I built my shop, I got an electrical permit to do the wiring.... I'm glad I did 1) it was cheap
2) the inspector was exceptionally helpful in both advising what I should do, and the one thing that needed correction - he gave me the bar-none cheapest way of fixing it. (an aside, I had to have GFI plugs in the shop - he suggested putting one in the first of the string of plugs so that it'd cover all the rest - which I promptly removed because my powersource welder blows those circuits)
3) when I sell the house, the future owner will be able to see that the work was done right and inspected - and coming from my day job - having that little bit of paperwork is gold when selling

And about dumpsters, the garbage company has to pull a permit for the dumpster - which notifies the building department that work is being done... so yes, it's a red flag to them....
