I suppose it's sensitive, but I'd be interested in knowing why CF is such a target to hackers. I've participated in the CF forum quite a bit and I notice that every now and then a post gets closed by an administrator. From what I can tell, most of the posts are not really that controversial (of course some are). Also,I do realize that people get banned from the site, but I don't know why.

Incidentally, I have posted some negative comments about some of their forum vendors and they have not banned me. ...Although my negative comments were years ago.

CF was a great place a few years ago, I participated quiet a bit from 2004-2007 but it went downhill very quick.
Their protected vendor BS is just annoying, can't say anything negative about junk they're selling or poor quality "rebuilt" stuff like differentials or trailing arms for example... .010" play in the bearing setup but shiny fresh paint to make it look nice.... ridiculous....

The CF Mods are extremely heavy handed and unfair. They have pissed off countless good contributing members and banned them from the forum while defending other useless POS like Durango. Some of these banned members have taken offense to the treatment and have found a way to retaliate. I only wish I was one of them.:devil:

I been happy with using Wilcox in the past, no issues there, but years ago when I found out about Zip stealing their catalog from Geoff here, I tossed their shit and have not ordered in a VERY long time....if ever....

I believe its like riding a horse , don't pull too hard on the reins. You can walk the line (rules) and with some patience get your point across , if your right your right and the majority will see it.
