Mileage Taxing in the Netherlands?

My pickup is diesel- I pay $0.41 a gallon in road use tax. I bet I haven't put 5000 miles on it in the last 3 years. That comes with not being there to drive it. Gas is taxed at $0.38 a gallon. So if they're waiting on me to make the economy by paying road taxes, it may be a while.
The way these morons in DC are going, if they could figure out how to collect tax on whale poop, there would be a run on whale diapers. And I have no doubt that someone is working on getting a grant for exactly that.
And then there's the 3.8% tax we'll all get to pay once the new helathcare plan gets rolling. Sell your home to buy another one, and at the closing of the sold house, write the .gov a check for 3.8% of the sale price. After you get the EPA permit stating the house is energy efficient enough to sell.

I'd be willing to pay, so that people stay home and out of my way.
There are so damn many cars on the road that its becoming impractical to go anywhere unless you can travel at 3:00am. It takes me 2 hours to get from south metro Boston to the north uless you want to start at 5:30am. I look at drivers going through Boston at 10:00am, and many look to me like people who should be working. I thought none of these losers had any money for gas. Maybe gas is still too cheap and we don't tax it enough. Maybe we need $10 gas like the Europeans.\
Go to any restraunts and they're all packed. Where are all these people who are out of work and have no money. I don't see any.

which enables the daytime traffic....think about it, they not WORKING, so they drive around in cars better than WE own....

Boston's just a fucked up town to drive through, especially if you are from out of town. How the hell am I supposed to "get my bearings" or see a frigging landmark so I know that I am even close to my exit - when every major fucking road is underground? Then there are the Bostonians who are a special breed in themselves as far as their driving skills are concerned. Buy a .50 caliber and mount it on the front of your vehicle and use it liberally for those morons.....

Decades ago I had a business trip up through Logan, and drove to Walpole Prison MAX ward....security work...and so those 'round a bouts' as they called them?? traffic circles....
now for all my life I have treated roads as a cheeeeeeep race track,
but them natives in that region scared HELL outta me....they hit them circles like it's a WW2 encounter.....

back when I took off once from Logan, out the left window I saw the plane of some take off/landing that run off the end and into the Charles river??
anyway it was in the drink, and intact...they erased the name of the airline and so I remember setting there ready to take off, seeing that plane...and saying 'oh shit!!!!'.....adjacent passengers knew what I meant....
