Now there's a thought- figure out how to GENTLY pressurize the crankcase and get out the soapy water. 1 or 2 psi should be plenty. Some duct tape and rags should do it.

We use the Corteco gaskets which is the oil Detriot gasket with a little work, This gasket is a much softer gasket and will not break. 16635 P/N

If you have oil around the cam plug then you can bet it's leaking. Why not just change it while it's available.

I remember you having oil problems before and you came up with a creative pcv system. It might be worth testing that. No seals or gaskets in the world will overcome constant positive crankcase pressure.
You may take a good vacuum/pressure gauge and tape it into the dipstick tube so you can test the pressure under various rpms with your pcv system operating.
