Yes i did. i cut a smaller piece of sheet metal and put over it. sure makes working on the motor a lot easier on that side,that's for sure. if my car was not up in the air i would take a better pic,i have the rear end out and i am getting ready to pull the motor.

I believe it. Changing plugs would be a matter of a few minutes. Heck, you might even be able to install headers from the top down with no interference! :amazed:

Before i went to the side pipes you could install the passenger side header from the top. changing plugs is a breeze now and you can get to the starter wires:bounce:
