There is a green energy company close to me that claims it has developed a technology to deconstruct an EV batterys and solar panels into their its basic materials, then make a new battery or panel out of those recycled materials. My prediction, this is not possible but, if it were, that new solar panel would cost $10 million and take more kW hours to make than it will ever produce.

They just got a shit ton of taxpayer money from the government to develop their technology. This puts the Solyndra scam to shame.
