93 LT1 Procharger system BOV upgrade

These systems come with a very cheap and not 100% sealing throttle blade type BOV and they are only closed @ WOT. I myself like spring loaded BOVs much better since they can be tweaked to close a lot sooner, so out with the old in with the new. This was the most convenient place to put a tial 50mm bov. All it took was cutting and welding on the intercooler





This thing actually blows off some air instead of the original thing. It's now got that nice woosh off throttle and being a stick shift makes for a lot of fun

Did you do all the custom inter cooler tubing? Looks good who ever did it.

No it's how it came from procharger. I did do the install and the custom tune for 60lbs injectors and added the tial bov to do away with the procharger bypass
