That shipper is forwarding every item separately?? I'd tell them to wait until a flat rate box is full and then ship.....

No, it's set up to ship twice a week. So, whatever's there gets shipped all at once and anything arriving after that shipment has to wait a couple of days for the next shipping time. In this case, the two parts I ordered arrived at my US address a day or two apart with the first item to arrive being shipped straight away, as it arrived just before the weekly shipping schedule, and the second part having to wait until the second weekly shipping schedule...
