Yes, Lars is a good man. He does give so much more than he asks for in return.
I asked him a question via a forum a few years ago and he responded by inviting me down to his house on a Sunday morning (he lives about 40 miles away from me) where he pulled both my my carb & distributor and tweeked them both, improving the performance of my car noticably. He spent 2 or 3 hours with me, as if we were old friends although we had never met at all. He asked for nothing, would accept no money even though he installed some new small parts from his shelves. All he would accept was a few bottles of good genuine French cider I had brought with me ( I didn't have any beer).
PS--I just tried to find the CF post. After 15 minutes of searching I finally did. That's one of the main reasons I don't go there anymore. It's just too dam crowded and the traffic is so heavy you can't find anything. 5 minutes later, the post is still downloading.......
