After about 10 years of Platonic love, last summer I tought that right time was come, so I started to look my vette... found in agost near Los Angeles (chatsworth) arrived here in italy on november

Now frame is black again.. with new fuel line and tank
the block is overbored to 0.060" and was repainted on original chevy orange

Nice work! I love seein' frame offs....gotta be careful though, makes me think about it myself, and with the egine and trans out now....hmmmm

Are you planning any modifications, or is this going back to basically stock?

No half measures there keep it coming!

Those little slits on the bottom of the cylinder bores are pretty common, they are little casting defects from where the cores sit together

One year for that work is a lot of time
too much time!

I had dedicatet few hours a day after work time
when my girl allowed me this privilege
more or less...
a week for interior
a week for remove and clean frame
a week for disassemble engine and trasmission

Nice work....I enjoy watching other enthusiasts progress. I try and not put time limits on my work, it becomes too frustrating when life and economic issues and other projects step in and throw everything off. As long as you are having fun and satisfied, that's all that matters IMO. Keep the pic coming!
