OH, it's that keyhole looking thingy/spacer.....it was fine looking so I reused it, no sweat so far....
as for the 700+ fitting, I can say if you have a muncie car, don't count on it....
the pass side had to be moved about 2" to get MY 700 in there, it's close for the 200 now too, but not need any further mods....
