I posted and then cut this query from the Rookie Restoration thread. It didn't seem appropriate there. Nonetheless, I'd like to know....:gurney:



What do you use for filler? I'm struggling to get the rear spoiler smoothed into the body and never get the buttery smooth results you show. Mostly I'm using Evercoat Lite-weight, Is that wrong for the application?

And beyond that, can fillers be thinned like paints?

I know this isn't the help forum but you are clearly clued in here....Steve

Lord Help me! This is where I got to today but during the night I figured out I should shoot the lower section blue/gray before the white. Not a bad plan except.....


This afternoon I found a half quart of graphic blue just beggin' to be sprayed. I know it's too bright, in your face, for the look I'm after but it's here.

Help me before I spray again!
