Hey Red

Wow - you miss a few weeks (or months) and you miss a lot. I haven't been spending much time on the Vette forums lately since I have been focused on the old Dodge Bros. Coupe build, and going to H.A.M.B and hotrodders.com mostly. This is criminal. I was a Corrections Officer in OH while I was in college and people go to jail for shit like this.

It would get me banned - no question. I have had my share of warnings. Seems like free speech is not recognized over there anymore. I poke around over there now and then but nobody looks familiar any more. All the guys that gave me good advice on my '69 are either here or gone and all the guys that made me laugh got banned.

I apologize for being absent awhile, but things happen. I received an email from DB stating an MO in the full amount is being tracked and sent to me. It is scheduled to arrive tomorrow, Friday, so I am eagerly anticipating its arrival. After it is received and cashed, I will notify the MODS on CF and DB's posting privledges will be restored. This will be it for me and I want nothing more to do with the lot.

I don't follow DB's posts, or many threads over there and will visit even less after this experience. You don't realize how important your constitutional rights are until they are take away. This is not the first time I needed the justice system to help me; I was applying to the Boone County Small Claims Court, MO. It would have cost me more to collect than what I was owed and then there was no guarantee of payment. Maybe the system is the best available anywhere, but it falls short on the side of the victim. Thanks for your support through this ordeal, it helped!
 
The best system is a slugger right dead smack on the forehead! My brother bought a transmission from a guy and he never delivered, we showed up at the guys doorstep (still living with his mommy) and you wouldn't know how quickly we got hold of the transmission and gas money to boot.
 
Let's hope for the best and the MO arrives tomorrow as scheduled.

DB will get back into the action @ CF and start a whining campaign making him to be the victim of the what he calls "dirty dozen" (actually it was dozen defectors) but I'm pretty damn sure that if not for the hunting party by the so called VM guys good old Red here would have never gotten a dime back.

I might still have the PM from CF mod crossram who told me "one more reference to the DD by db and he will get a vacation"....to be perfectly honest before red69 got screwed I had given up on CF and their prize post whore, I no longer cared and once red gets his $$ I will go back to not caring...besides, go there and look...NOT at the quantity of posts but the quality of posts...too many of those lame questions and discussions are embarrassing.
 
Glad to hear you are getting your $$$ Red. Hopefully it really shows up and you can put this whole mess behind you.

There have been multiple threads at CF about "where's d_b?" I just wonder what his answer is going to be when he gets asked why he got kicked. One more lie to add to the pile.

as per usual he will "spin" it so he looks like the victim....those damn VM guys made me drop that head and made my furnace break...it`s all their fault...and the kool-aid drinkers will believe him, like they always do. I am curious though with his flock of sheep so very concerned for his welfare why not just send him a PM? or have they all contacted that deadly disease...postwhoreitis?

Wouldn`t you all think that after all the crapola he has pulled over there they would have had enough of his nonsense? Having him as a member must be like having a baby....lots and lots of shit to clean up after.
