I dunno if you read any comments of mine or not, but my bitter experience is a car lasts some 6 months before some SOB wipes it out for me,......and as little as a month.....which is the main reason I just keep putting off doing anything with my car body....soon as I spend toooooo much time/effort and money on it, some fucker going to back into it, bet on it....

I had wanted to do a flat black primer paint job, but since that has become the style du jour, I think I'll just leave it stained & chipped yellow.

Anyone seen my raggedy muffin here they know it's still a primer front, after that Verizon truck backing his hinge into it 3+ year ago....got a settlement of 2500 bux, fixed it to what it is now, but that silly gray I conceded to is now flat black primer, and I"m sort of resigned to the way it is.....

I want to just take some paint and shoot it over good and have it look ANYTHING uniform I really don't care much about WHAT, just fixable when the inevitable asshole destroys it yet again....

and I can do the friggin GLASS work, it's that final finish and PAINT that I hate.....the gun as water in it, the paint is the rong color, texture, too humid, too dry, too thick, overspray, didn't polish it enough, use wax # poly con't pronounceit......I just don't need, it, never good at it, too God damned frustrating to fuck with anymore....sorry to be a olde grouch but that's IT.....:waxer:

But we all, Red especially, should feel good knowing that DB is all warm & snuggly with his new furnace. That's so much more important than anything else, isn't it? I'm sure he's clocking those heads as we speak, getting them ready for shipment sometime this year.......If the TV or the water heater or the dishwasher don't go bad.....

I know, I know...but I figured the generosity was enough that he couldn't pass it up and fix his wrong doings at the same time
